Melody of Autumn (re-done &cut)

Mon Aug 17, 2009, 2:06 PM
Melody of autumn re-done.

Our palms and fingers got tinctured a dirty yellow colour from cheap tobacco...
It's... Autumn.
Nature works its deadly ways. All I can do now is watch and sigh.
I quietly bring my hand to the yellow tree leafs. It is faintly visible... like the rest of me.
And so I stand there, back turned to the ones I once believed in, to the ones I once trusted, to the ones I still, unfortunately, care for and love... –Fingerless, handless. Heartless perhaps ?

A feeling, as if I would be pierced by an invisible needle overwhelms me.
A strangely heavy, yet warm thought takes over everything in my thoughtful head -
I’ll fly away into the sky with the melancholic melody of Autumn and watch you from above, watching me unknowingly, gazing up at my cloud; a cloud as light and grey as the melody of Autumn itself.
